Inflatable boat BSC B1 - a modern and sporty RIB

The BSC B-1 is a rib boat measuring 8.33 m in length x 3.10 m in width - it can accommodate up to 14 pax on board in category B. It is equipped with 1800DTX hypalon floats.

The B1 is the first rib boat in the "B" range of the BSC Colzani shipyard, inaugurated in 2020. BSC Colzani creates a new modern range signed Federico Fiorentino - The B1 is distinguished by her sleeker lines and very slim bow floats. This first model is already a great success thanks to its family use and its sporty lines.

In contrast to the classic BSC Gommoni range, the shipyard wanted to refine the silhouette of the B series, which is characterized by a streamlined centre console and a modern windscreen. The general deck layout remains in the image of the Italian shipyard - it features two beautiful bathing platforms, an aft saloon that can be transformed into a sunbathing area, a central console and a front deck that can be used as a solarium.

Once on board the BSC B-1, one immediately notices that the Italian shipyard BSC Colzani, already well known for the quality of its units, has wished to put forward in the "B" range a unit that is not only modern and sporty but above all comfortable and luxurious thanks to very high quality fittings and irreproachable finishes.

The standard equipment on board this rib boat of less than 9 m - such as the electric windlass with its stainless steel anchor, high quality closed cell upholstery, electric refrigerator etc. - is to be appreciated.

The rib boat BSC Colzani B1 has everything to please. It has all the characteristics of a BSC RIB, with two beautiful rear bathing platforms that lead to a large and comfortable U-shaped saloon. It is versatile, allowing you to entertain up to 6 guests around a table facing an outdoor galley with gas stove, chopping board, sink and fridge, or to transform this space into a large aft sundeck. This rear saloon is enveloping, thanks to the polyester reinforcements that cover the floats of this exceptional rib boat. As for storage, all the lockers are hidden under the seats in the rear saloon.

Opposite this saloon, the central console is imposing with its sporty look and an original cut-out for its slightly sloping windscreen. The cockpit is spacious and offers the future owner of the BSC B-1 the choice of integrating numerous electronic equipment. When sailing, a double seat with armrest and individual backrest will allow you to enjoy your Mediterranean sailing in comfort. The choice of materials is of high quality, making this cockpit functional and uncluttered.

At the front of the centre console there is a seat with a headrest under which there is access to a comfortable cabin equipped with an electric toilet with a black water tank, a water point and essential lighting for day trips with friends or family.

Finally, the front of the B-1 offers a large two-seater sun deck with a large, easily accessible storage locker.

The outboard engine and performance of the BSC B-1

This rib boat BSC B-1 can be motorized with a maximum power of 350 hp. Sea trials carried out by Voiles et Moteurs on board the B-1 equipped with a 350 hp Mercury V8 outboard engine reached 25.3 knots at 4 000 rpm and a maximum power of 44 knots at 6 000 rpm. The behaviour of the BSC B-1 during the tests reveals a healthy BSC boat without any pitching and with great stability.
